Fees & Payments

It is our policy that all families pay their fees one week in advance upon enrolment (this includes current week plus one). The parent must then continue to pay the weekly fee in advance in order to maintain a credit balance equivalent to one week of fees. All fees are to be paid via Direct Debit (Ezidebit). Ezidebit is an easy and convenient method of paying your account. Whilst Direct Debit is the preferred method of payment, we also accept BPAY and Centre Pay.  All families must complete an Ezidebit or Centre Pay application form upon enrolment or obtain the centre‘s BPAY details.

Fees are payable when your child is absent from the centre due to sickness, annual leave, occasional absences and public holidays to keep your child’s place at the centre. On some occasions if giving enough notice we can sometimes fill a child’s spot with another child’s during holidays etc.

If you are planning holidays, a holiday application form is available from the office. This form must be filled out two weeks prior to the holiday absence to receive half price fees for up to four weeks a year. To receive this discount, fees must be one week in advance. All children‘s booked days, including public holidays, must be paid to retain your booking. Late fees are charged if children remain in the centre after closing times. Two weeks‘ notice is required if you wish to cancel a booking.

Failure to do so will require parents to pay two weeks full fees. All accounts must be finalised by this time, as any outstanding accounts will be forwarded to debt collection agencies.

Fee Assistance

Most families are entitled to fee relief from Centrelink.  Please call them on 13 61 50 to lodge your application over the phone.  They are open from 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday.

You must supply the centre with your child/children’s customer reference numbers before commencing at the centre.  We can then tell you what % the government is paying off your fees and what the weekly balance is that you will be charged.

Special Child Care Benefit

The centre can provide up to 13 weeks’ care for your child/children if you have unexpected financial hardship. This is paid for by the government. Please see Centre Management as conditions apply.


Cancellation of Care

To cancel care or reduce days parents/guardians must provide the centre with a two week notice period. This needs to be written confirmation.
