At Natural Elements Early Learning Centre our Educators are mature, highly qualified and have been hand-picked and chosen with great care to give your child every chance to reach their optimum potential.
Every Educator has a Blue Card/ Working With Children check and holds a current Senior First Aid Certificate. They also have current training in Asthma, Anaphylaxis and Child Protection.
Our Lead Educators are fully qualified with either a Diploma in childcare or a Bachelor in Education. Our Assistant Educators are either Certificate III qualified or studying toward this.
All staff attend professional development training throughout the year to up-skill qualifications or increase knowledge of current teaching practices.
